I want lights in my pool, I heard LED’s are the best. What are those?

LED’s are the newest form of energy efficient lighting.  It stands for “Light emitting diode” which is a semiconductor device that converts electricity into light.  They are on a circuit, and that circuit controls colour and intensity.
